Business moves at an accelerated pace and is only growing more intense. Winds are blowing, seas are raging, sometimes all we can do is hold tight to the ropes and hope our ship sails safely into harbor. The next deadline comes, the next project is assigned, we join the next team, with little space to pause and make sense of it all. We feel tossed, too hurried to assess where we are, experiencing burn out, and impacted by every wave. There must be a better way. Reflection is a tool within our reach to help us chart our course for success. Through pausing, asking questions, and reflecting through writing, we can untangle emotions, situations, and better plan our next steps. Reflection gives us the opportunity to pause amidst chaos, untangle our fears, determine strengths, and create meaning. Reflection gives us the power to chart our own strategic course for success. Through research-based evidence, insightful examples, and storytelling, attendees will learn the positive impact reflection can have in helping chart their own course to success. Attendees will receive tactical steps in considering the impact regular reflection can have on their lives and leave with the tools to begin this regular practice.
Outcomes
• Attendees will come away from this time with an understanding of the importance of regular reflection as a tool to optimize success both professionally & personally.
• Attendees will consider various areas of their lives to use reflection to their benefit.
• Attendees will leave with tools to incorporate regular reflection activities into their schedule.

My workshop will help participants identify the many amazing cultures that make up the chosen identities that create our unique BEings. We will use some of the lesser understood components of culture which impact how we experience this world. Then we will use that information to see how chosen identities may clash with our assigned identities and those of the BEings who cross our paths particularly as women. We will then learn to intentionally craft our experiences to be for our highest good and greatest joy. We will learn tools to craft our experiences regardless of how diverse our chosen identities. Let me give you the tools to create the life of abundance which is your birthright regardless of your background, culture, ethnicity, or socioeconomic background.
Outcomes
• To help women empower themselves to see their identity as an asset and to assist them in showing up fully in life.
• To help women empower themselves to have culture based tools necessary to craft the life of abundance they deserve.
Description
The glass ceiling -- the invisible barrier that prevents women from ascending to the career of their dreams. Gratefully, more or more women are adding their crack to that ceiling, creating opportunities for the women who are coming after them.
Yet there's another ceiling...the self-imposed drop ceiling that each of us erects with our own self-limiting habits and beliefs. While breaking through each of these 'top limits' seem out of reach, there ARE steps we can take to move us closer to our personal and professional goals. Women leaders need to stop focusing on external factors over which they have little control and start examining your own internal barriers to success. We can start this process by designing and expressing your unique leadership brand, resulting in the CLARITY and CONFIDENCE to go after the professional life of your dreams!
Outcomes
During this session, we'll cover:
• The most important skill you must develop to create the career (and life!) you desire
• An important exercise that will get you on the path to developing your Self-Leadership
• The bigger picture that will allow you to see how gaining clarity and confidence can multiply your impact as a leader in ALL areas of your life!

When Simone Knego left her sea-level home in Florida to climb Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro, she had an epiphany: We can make a difference not by changing ourselves, but rather, by how we see ourselves. Only when we stop living for who we think we should be can we become free to reach our own personal summits. In her riveting speech, Simone takes us on a journey from the great heights of Africa to deep in our hearts, addressing the pressures of social conformity, fear of failure, and imposter syndrome. Through “mirror moments” and mindset shifts, she entertains and inspires audiences to see themselves differently, so they understand their value and see their impact in the world.
Outcomes
• Find freedom from the pressure of social conformity.
• Create positive mindset shifts.
• Let go of imposter syndrome.
Description
For the first time in our history female colleagues can span up to five generations. When we look at how to communicate and connect with each other especially as women: how do we see each other? what barriers to communication do we experience? do we experience these barriers differently than our male colleagues? how can we best support each other? The answers to these questions and more will open our view and break down barriers as we learn from each other the depth of diversity today's working women experience. This discussion will examine our own working relationships and the relationships with those who came before us and the legacy we expect to leave for those coming after us.
Outcomes
• Effectively communicate with others.
• Value diverse opinions and backgrounds.
• Recognize personal strengths.
Description
If you’re physically fit, you’d be able to climb a steep hill without much physical stress. Same goes with mental fitness. The more mentally fit you are, the more you’ll be able to handle the stress, anxiety and frustrations that might come from work and personal life challenges. Recent events such as the pandemic, disruption in financial markets, social unrest, and political changes have overstretched many of us. Mental Fitness is the X Factor. Your level of Mental Fitness is the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential. It’s the key to your ability to evolve and adapt to change. So you can not just survive but thrive in these tumultuous times. The good news: just like physical fitness, you can boost your Mental Fitness with practice. During this interactive workshop, we will unpack: 1) What mental fitness is and why it matters. 2) How you tend to self-sabotage with Saboteurs like the Judge, the Hyper-Rational, the Controller, the Hyper-Achiever, the Pleaser and 5 others. 3) The 3 core muscles at the root of mental fitness along with practices to build your mental muscles

Description
Some people think, “You won’t know what you’re made of until you are faced with the worst day of your life.” We know this to be false. We absolutely can front-load resiliency in preparation for a day that we hope never comes. There is a way that we can prepare ourselves, and our staff, so that we cannot only survive a traumatic event physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well.
This session will use personal and proven examples of how to not only recover from catastrophic events, but to flourish afterwards and experience an “upward spiral”. For leaders or those with families, developing resilience is not an option. Being resilient is a leadership requirement, and personal resilience begets organizational resilience. Wellness is the foundation for resilience. This session will cover how to develop wellness in the whole person concept (physical, mental, emotional, mental).
Outcomes
• Assess “resilience” in the personal context, using the “Whole Person” concept of the physical dimension, mental dimension, emotional dimension, and spiritual dimension.
• Articulate the importance of developing resilience from a personal and professional perspective.
• Create a plan for developing personal resilience using research and personal examples to illustrate not only how to survive, but also thrive after a traumatic event.

I’m a Life Transformation and Mental Fitness coach who works with high-achieving, ambitious women going through transitions to tap into their potential and bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be (even if that destination isn’t totally clear yet).
My passion for coaching is to empower people to realize their full potential, let go of the ‘shoulds’ and be the author of their own life story because if you don’t tell your story, someone else will.
In January 2020, after 16+ years of building and leading global teams in organizations like Google, Clorox, and Booz Allen, I left the corporate world, sold everything, and took a 1-way flight to Ghana with my husband to volunteer at a breast cancer non-profit and travel the world. COVID shifted our plans; we got stuck in Ghana for 7 months.
One of my greatest learnings:
Your mindset, NOT your circumstance, makes all the difference in your happiness and success.
Through this lens, I work with clients to find their voice and the courage to speak up, build self-confidence, navigate change, and discover what they REALLY want next in their life and career.
I’m an ICF PCC, Certified Hudson Institute Coach, and a pioneer Mental Fitness Coaches certified through Positive Intelligence. I hold a MBA from Anderson UCLA, and a BS in Computer Science, BA in Communications from UMD.

Camille McKinney is a Leadership Coach, consultant and speaker at Leveraged Leaders; she helps women explore, embody and express their unique leadership brand so you can up-level your results and get what you REALLY, REALLY want!
In Camille’s experience, women often come to coaching with a very specific goal around changing the results they’re currently getting, wanting the ‘how to’ to change those results. What coaching quickly reveals is that it’s less about what you need to do differently, and more about how you are showing up, driven by limiting beliefs that get in the way of you showing up INTENTIONALLY. What you’ll also come to realize is that the changes you make through coaching multiply throughout your life, allowing for an expanded level of transformation.
Before becoming a professional Leadership Coach and Consultant, Camille worked for over 25 years as a training and performance consulting professional in the banking and healthcare industries, most recently leading a team of sales training professionals. Camille’s commitment to demonstrating effective leadership and empowering her team to be their best resulted in Great Place to Work employee engagement scores of 100% two years in a row! Camille brings her experience in leadership, Emotional Intelligence, performance consulting and training to support leaders in revealing your personal leadership advantage, both in business and in life.
She has a degree in Business Management and has completed Coach U’s Core Essentials and advanced coaching programs. Camille is also a certified facilitator for Linkage’s Advancing Women Leaders Academy, a nine-module learning experience, delivered on site, that seeks to equip women with actionable steps and practices to address the barriers that impede their advancement in the workplace.
